Commit Message

Adjusted to current wikidata settings and proxy settings and updated tests

* Crawler::__construct(): initialize the UriNormalizer with the
  zozlak\ProxyClient (so it honors system proxy settings) and set the user
  agent header (to make wikidata happy)
* tests/CrawlerTest.php - skip Pleiades test as Pleiades introduced an
  anti-bot wall and can no longer be queried
* tests/data/orcid.output - made in line with current ORCID content
