global: general improvements

* Updates the URL if the ``invenio-files-js`` initialized first.

* Adds ``method`` to ``actionHandler`` now it's easy to choose which
  method to change with every action.

* Adds ``links`` attribute, to get deposition links if ``pid`` already
  exists.

* Merges ``responseParams`` with ``templateParams``. Parameters can be
  accessed from the template using ``recordsVM.templateParams``.
