- add profiler_test.go with tests for Profiler middleware and expVars
- add tests for gzip WriteHeader, cache control If-None-Match paths
- add tests for JSON encoding errors, rewrite no-match scenarios
- add tests for metrics non-GET requests, trace without context
- add tests for logger WriteHeader, Flush, Hijack methods
- fix shared mutable state in cache_control_test.go subtests
- add missing resp.Body.Close() calls in tests
- remove unnecessary tt := tt loop variable shadowing (Go 1.22+)
