Commit Message

refactor: switch proxy binary to async, remove sync ProxyServer from API (#38)

- Binary now uses AsyncProxyServer with tokio runtime
- Added Ctrl+C signal handling for graceful shutdown
- Removed sync ProxyServer from public exports
- Consolidated proxy module to single file
- Binary requires rt-tokio feature
