* fix: Parse Azure Service Bus message body correctly in subscriber

Use the raw message body bytes instead of str(msg) to decode and JSON-parse incoming events. This aligns with the Azure Service Bus SDK, where the body is delivered as bytes sections.

* fix: handle utf-8 decode errors in ASB subscriber

* test: add auto_complete=True test cases
