* build: Update schema paths from documents/schemas to docs/schemas

- Update 7 Dockerfiles to copy from docs/schemas instead of documents/schemas
- Update parsing/main.py comments to reflect new schema location
- Update all documentation references across:
  - docs/operations/ and docs/architecture/ guides
  - docs/schemas/ schema documentation
  - infra/azure/ infrastructure documentation
  - adapters/copilot_schema_validation/ adapter documentation
- Update CONSOLIDATION_SUMMARY.md to reflect schema consolidation
- Ensure all runtime paths now expect schemas at /app/docs/schemas

This completes the schema consolidation from documents/schemas/ to docs/schemas/

* docs: Update schema path references in Python docstrings

- Update schema_registry.py to load from docs/schemas instead of documents/schemas
- Update all event model docstring schema references
- Update file_schema_provider.py docstring
- Update identifier_generator.py docstring
- Update test_schema_providers.py comment

* build: Update remaining schema paths in docker-compose and auth service

- Update docker-compose.services.yml: Change SCHEMA_DIR env var from /app/documents/schemas/configs to /app/docs/schemas/configs
- Update docker-compose.infra.yml: Change schema volume mount from ./documents/schemas to ./docs/schemas
- Update auth/Dockerfile: Copy from docs/schemas instead of documents/schemas
- Update test_validation_integration.py comments to reference new paths

All schema references now consistently point to docs/schemas/

* docs(ci): Update all remaining schema path references to docs/schemas

- Update .github/workflows/schema-validation.yml: Change all schema paths
- Update auth/app/config.py docstring
