Migrate build system to tsup (#510)

- Add tsup as build tool with dual-format output (ESM + CJS)
- Configure proper package.json exports for maximum compatibility
- Generate type declarations for both module formats
- Include root-level TypeScript files in tsconfig
- Enable source maps and tree-shaking
- Set ES2020 as build target
