Python client library for Stash with full feature parity:
- CRUD operations (get, set, delete, list, info, ping)
- Bearer token authentication
- Client-side encryption compatible with Go client
- Context manager and dict-like access
- 65 tests with 94% coverage

Includes CI workflow for testing and PyPI trusted publishing.
