fix: address code review findings for ZK encryption

- add ErrInvalidZKPayload handling in API handler (returns 400)
- add Secret and ZKEncrypted fields to client KeyInfo struct
- fix error message from "characters" to "bytes" in lib/stash/zk.go
- add Close() method to Client for secure passphrase cleanup
- add godoc comment explaining ZKCrypto export for test fixtures
- add cross-compatibility test between lib and store ZK implementations
- add ZK-related tests for API handler and web handlers
- add GetWithFormat and SetWithVersion ZK tests in store
- fix flaky e2e test TestZK_ViewModalShowsBadge by using text content
  matching instead of :has-text() CSS selector (trailing whitespace
  from icon SVG caused selector failures)
- update lib/stash/README.md with Secret/ZKEncrypted KeyInfo fields
