Update Org Metadata Name and Logo when a bundle is created and add to voter OTP mails (#376)

**Changes:**
- Fetch and cache organization metadata (name, logo) from vochain when creating process bundles
- Update verification email templates across all languages (ca, en, es, it) to use dynamic organization name and logo instead of hardcoded "Vocdoni" branding
- Add organization lookup and validation in createProcessBundleHandler
- Automatically update organization metadata in database if missing

**Why:**
Enables white-labeling support by allowing each organization to have their own branding in verification code emails, improving user experience and brand consistency for multi-tenant deployments.
