widgets: drop two GPL widgets from the tree

6a6442f3d16c ("*: drop licenses from individual files") deleted all the
license headers from everything. But I just used a regex to do that, so I
didn't notice that two files were GPL, which is a problem.

Since the GPL is viral, these widgets imply that we have released the rest
of Qtile as GPL code. However, that is not true: most files have been MIT
licensed, and we do not have the rights to distribute them as GPL files.

So the end result is that we cannot ship GPL code in our tree, and must
remove it.
