refactor: add `prelude` module to `openraft-legacy` crate

Add a prelude module for convenient imports of commonly used legacy types.
Users can now use `use openraft_legacy::prelude::*` instead of importing
each type individually.

Changes:
- Add `prelude` module exporting `Adapter`, `ChunkedSnapshotReceiver`, `RaftNetwork`
- Update examples, tests, and benchmarks to use prelude imports
- Update README with Quick Start section
