Fix Next.js build issues during prerender step

This commit resolves build failures that occurred during the prerender
step in Next.js apps by:

1. Adding 'use client' directive to all Next.js components:
   - NextFathomTrackViewPages.tsx
   - withAppRouter.tsx
   - withPagesRouter.tsx

2. Improving Rollup configuration:
   - Externalize all Next.js imports (not just specific subpaths)
   - Prevent bundling of Node.js built-ins (fs, stream, zlib, etc.)
   - Add custom plugin to preserve 'use client' directive in bundled output

3. Bump version to 0.1.8

These changes ensure that the package works correctly in Next.js SSG/SSR
environments where window object is not available during build time.
