MVT: add tile coords fields when reading dataset (#13596)

Previously, the tile coordinates (Z, X, Y) of each feature were not accessible when reading MVT datasets.
This PR implements a small extension to the MVT driver: when the ADD_TILE_FIELDS open option is enabled, the driver now adds three additional fields (Z, X, Y) to each feature, representing the tile coordinates where the feature resides.
This makes it easier to track features across tiles and supports workflows where tile-level context is needed, such as incremental updates or ETL pipelines.
