Fix FormatSize bug and fncSeq bug, add comprehensive test suite

- Fix FormatSize: 1048576 bytes now correctly returns "1.00 MiB" instead of "1.00 kiB"
- Fix fncSeq: array indexing now works correctly with step parameter > 1
- Add tests for filters (uppercase, lowercase, trim, nl2br, etc.)
- Add tests for foreach iteration
- Add tests for date/duration filters
- Add tests for array access and value handling
- Add tests for if conditions and set variables
- Improve test coverage from ~49% to ~59%
