Coordinator improvements (step 1) (#110)

* Documentation updates

* Documented the driver options
* Updated the cheatsheet with coordinator information
* worked on the coordinator livebook (WIP)
* Documented the effect options
* Minor update of the cheatsheet

* Fixed a bug that in the livebook the `Fledex.Color` protocol for `Fledex.Color.RGB didn't work. Repositioning it solved the issue. Not sure why.

* Continue working on the events. Mainly working on the documentation.
* can reduce the xref graph compile-connected measure

* Adding a modified SchedEx version to Fledex. It will replace the Quantum scheduler.
* preparing for replacing the existing job scheduler with the new one.
* Remodeling the supervisors. Goal is to replace Quantum as scheduler and replace it with a modified version of SchedEx (which has been added but is not used yet). This is an important step to improve the coordinators
* Sourcing the scheduler now from externally (as a separate library), using released version of fledex_scheduler
* Quantum has been replaced, now we can remove it
* Complete removal of Quantum

* fixing the build pipeline. Other checks only happen on latest version
* trying to fix the failling test. Not sure what the reason is
* making the latest version as the reference
* Small delay for the processes to die
* some more sleeps
