feat: improved support for pattern matching with a refactor of expressions and patterns

- several parsing functions moved into related type
- `Expression` simplified by moving token building to dedicated types for more variants
- `source()` used instead of `source` throughout
- split up larger modules into more manageable files
- `Pattern` used instead of `Type`
- Placeholders added for range match support
- Placeholders added for multiple patterns in one match arm
- Placeholders added for match guards
- Dedicated types for pattern matching instead of relying on expressions which could lead to buggy codegen
