Commit Message

Added unit and function tests; Removed Python 3.8 support (#92)

Details:

* Aded unit tests for the to_md and to_rst filters.

* Added function tests covering all functions of the script.

* Removed support for Python 3.8, because antsibull-docs-parser
  version 1.2.0 (which requires Python>=3.9) added additional
  escapes, and I did not want to make the expected results
  dependent on the Python version.
