MiraMonRaster: fix dataset geotransform when several bands (#13595)

This fix addresses a problem in the geotransform when dealing with rasters that contain multiple bands. The geotransform information was previously being read from an incorrect location.
Additionally, a file from the autotest/data directory has been modified to ensure that this error is properly detected in future tests.
