feat(plot): add synthesized data action and update plot capabilities

- Add new action MakeSynthesizedData for data synthesis
- Update Plot capability to include proper toolbox ordering
- Register new actions in fabricatio module exports
- Implement synthesize data functionality with async execution
- Add necessary imports and dependencies for plot actions
