fix(e2e): stabilize HTMX-based tests with proper state waits

HTMX swaps need time to process new DOM elements after table/modal updates.
Key fixes:
- Wait for actual content (h2:has-text("History:")) after clicking History button
- Add networkidle + 100ms delay after modal opens before clicking buttons
- Add HTMX timing waits to createKey and updateKey helpers

This ensures HTMX has attached event handlers before interacting with
newly swapped content.
