feat: add dynamic OpenGraph share endpoints for transactions

- Add /v1/share/tx endpoint that returns HTML with OG meta tags
- Add /v1/share/tx/image endpoint that generates dynamic SVG images
- Show transaction type, status, chain name, and Safe address
- For pending transactions, display signature progress (X/Y signed)
- Uses SafeRepository.getMultiSigTransaction for lightweight API calls
- Redirects real users to frontend while bots get OG metadata
