Remove redundant warnings code from classifier

The warnings feature in ClassificationResult was redundant with the
more robust validation in validation/runner.py which covers:
- Missing page numbers (validate_missing_page_numbers)
- Parts lists without parts (validate_parts_list_has_parts)
- Steps without parts lists (validate_steps_have_parts)

Removed:
- _log_post_classification_warnings method
- warnings field from ClassificationResult
- add_warning() and get_warnings() methods
- Warnings display in reporting.py
- Related test and unused imports
