feat: add support for THS sentences (#173)

INTHS is an NMEA-0183 sentence identifier used by AIRMAR and some other sonar/depth instruments.
The talker ID is IN (Integrated Navigation — often used by Airmar) and the sentence type THS stands for Transducer Heading and Status.
