Fix inaccuracies in audit docs (#3075)

* Remove invalid VirtualMCPServer audit examples

The VirtualMCPServer CRD does not have an audit field, so the
Kubernetes configuration examples were invalid and would mislead
users. The audit configuration is only supported via CLI YAML
config, not through the Kubernetes CRD.

Removed:
- Invalid VirtualMCPServer YAML examples with non-existent spec.audit
- Volume mounting example for non-existent audit config
- vMCP-specific log format and jq analysis examples
- Security considerations section (contained incorrect claim about
  automatic directory creation)

* Fix audit documentation inaccuracies

- Change target field from `resource_id` to `name` to match actual code
- Correct log_file description: parent directory must exist (not auto-created)
- Fix audit_id format: UUID not ULID
