Fix: Correct metrics attribute reference in ingestion service (#337)

* Fix parsing service error reporter: replace non-existent capture_exception() with report()

- Replace capture_exception() calls with report() method that exists in ErrorReporter interface
- Pass archive_id and error context to report() for better error tracking
- Fixes AttributeError: 'ConsoleErrorReporter' object has no attribute 'capture_exception'
- All 29 parsing unit tests pass
- Resolves #330

* Fix: Correct metrics attribute reference in ingestion service

- Changed 'self.metrics_collector' to 'self.metrics' on line 669
- Matches the actual attribute name set in __init__ (line 176)
- All 27 ingestion unit tests pass
- Fixes #333
