Add Compactjson type and streamline Neatjson implementation

- Add Compactjson type with json.Marshal and json.Compact methods
- Update NOI/NON constants to use NewCompactjson()
- Remove active field, needIndent(), withActive() from Neatjson
- Generate Must/Soft/Omit wrappers via sure package
- Add Compactjson support to neatjsonm/neatjsono/neatjsons packages
- Update Go version badge to 1.24+ and release.yml matrix
- Update dependencies in go.mod/go.sum
- Add design notes section to README documentation
- Add tests to validate source input preservation on exception
