Add ps and ptls commands and ports-ls.sh script

This commit introduces new functionality for process and port
management.

Adds a new script scripts/ports-ls.sh that defines a ports bash function
to list listening ports using ss. This function is appended to ~/.bashrc
if it doesn't already exist.

Introduces the ps command to the CLI, which uses ps aux to display
running processes, with an optional path/keyword filter.

Introduces the ptls command to the CLI, which uses the new ports bash
function to display listening ports, with an optional port filter.

Adds the --pid option to the runner execution context for specifying a
process ID.

Updates UnderpostRun to support process termination using the new pid
option with sudo kill -9.
