* feat(templates): add path cleaning and improve template discovery

- Add path-clean dependency for sanitizing template paths
- Update template rendering to use cleaned paths
- Modify gather_templates to return tuples of (name, path)
- Improve template discovery logging with full paths
- Ensure template names are derived from relative paths
- Fix potential path traversal issues in template loading

* feat(config): update template paths to include built-in prefix

- Updated template names across multiple packages to use "built-in/" prefix
- Modified macro_utils to automatically prepend "built-in/" to template names
- Adjusted core template loading logic to handle prefixed template names
- Fixed version constraints in uv.lock for python compatibility
- Corrected string stripping logic in template suffix handling
- Enhanced error handling in Anki card generation capabilities

* refactor(config): remove unused mcp tools template field

- Removed 'list_mcp_tools_template' field from config model
- Cleaned up associated docstring documentation
- Simplified configuration structure by removing redundant template reference
