Remove unused pod filtering options and improve backup logic

Removes the unused nodeNames and labelSelector pod filtering criteria
from UnderpostDB.getPodsByCriteria and related option definitions in the
CLI. These were not fully implemented or utilized for the current use
case.

Additionally, improves the backup flow in UnderpostDB.backup by:

Adding logic to track and skip duplicate Git operations per repository
to prevent unnecessary cloning/pulling.

Adding logic to track and skip duplicate host/path combinations to avoid
multiple backup executions for the same database instance within a
single run.

Updating repoName logic for clarity.
