Add scraper for flavorsbylinbie.com (#1804)

* Generating scaffold for FlavorsByLinbie scraper

* added ingredients list + description for flavorsbylinbie

* create flavorsbylinbie test folder and files

* added instructions functionality for flavorsbylinbie

* Implemented author, title, and category for flavorsbylinbie

* Implemented fix for category method

* added testing for second recipe, fails unimplemented scraper parts

* completed test for slow cooker brisket chili

* add total time function

* updating total_time function based on failed test cases and clean up when reading time

* finished yeilds function

* Fixed edge case for cook and prep time, modified tests to adjust to new scraper implementation

* Refactored total_time, cook_time, prep_time, and yields methods

* Ran pre-commit commands for flavorsbylinbie implementation/tests

* added in 2 test files for sheet pan chicken pitas (test 2) and changed easy clam chowder to test 1

* resolved issues with flavorsbylinbie ingredients

* Resolved mismatch between HTML and JSON test files for flavorsbylinbie

* Fix for description and cook time methods for flavorbylinbie recipe

* added test coverage for category field, adjusted code based on comments

* Pre-commit for flavorsbylinbie. Change: style fixes and refactor

* Re-ordered keys for flavorsbylinbie JSON
