Upgrade Go version to 1.24 with test infrastructure improvements

- Update go.mod from Go 1.22.8 to Go 1.24.0
- Update package comments in gen.go
- Add internal/tests package with NewDBRun and NewMemDB functions
- Update gen_index_test.go to use tests.NewDBRun

- Update release.yml Go matrix to ["1.24.x", "1.25.x", "stable"]
- Update README badges from Go-1.22--1.25 to Go-1.24+
- Upgrade dependencies (gormcngen, gormcnm, gormrepo, must, syntaxgo)

- Add internal/tests/tests_test.go with unit tests
