Adding polybench tenstorrent github test. (#374)

* Upgrading libs to make that work.
 * not all polybench TT tests have the SDFG Opt output verified (only those that actually offload sth.)
 * only gemm runs -docc-einsum. For the more complex gemm cases, like 2mm compound error gets far to large to have confidence in the results for my tastes and dot is currently not separatable with einsum from gemm.
