### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* A few things added for `ExtremeValues` to work via `xscen`.
* Added a `group=False` option to `xscen.train`, which skips this
argument entirely.
* Added more control for the implementation of `xsdba.stack_periods` in
`xscen.adjust`
