test: fix flaky `gh_6128_background_mode_test`

This test uses custom delay and timeout parameters. The custom timeout
parameter is set to two second, which appeared to be too low. Also, low
delay value is not good - the less we poll for result, the more other
workers can execute their tests. So let's use default parameters which
are 5 seconds timeout and 0.1 second delay.
