- Add `deposited` field to the `item_access` response based on whether the depositor is or is not the mapto of the institution in question.
- Can call `item_access` with the mapto organization or one of the leaf organizations.
- Change `organization_exists?` to `check_organization_exists` since the original is not a boolean.
