Use 7z archive for SourceCodeForSelfAwareness

Switch from zip to 7z with LZMA2 solid compression for better
compression ratios. LibArchive.Net already supports 7z format,
so no code changes needed beyond updating the filename references.

- workflow: use 7z with -m0=lzma2 -mx=9 -ms=on for max compression
- Startup.cs: update ReadComments call to use .7z extension
- ViewSourceCodeDialog.cs: update MainSourceCodeRepo constant
