refactor(subassembly): simplify scoring and defer child discovery to build time

SubAssemblyClassifier changes:
- Simplify _SubAssemblyScore to use boolean flags instead of candidate refs
- Move child element discovery (step_count, diagrams, images) to build time
- Remove arrow dependency (arrows not part of subassembly scoring)
- Add max size filtering (max 50% of page width/height)
- Require subassemblies to contain at least one diagram
- Simplify _find_all_diagrams_inside to require full containment

PartsListClassifier changes:
- Add early filtering for candidates below min_score threshold
- Claim multiple Drawing blocks with similar bboxes as source blocks
  (parts lists often have overlapping border/fill drawings)

SubAssemblyConfig changes:
- Add max_page_width_ratio and max_page_height_ratio configs

Update tests and fixtures to reflect scoring changes.
