refactor: Move error boundary to router root

The application error handling mechanism is updated to utilize
`CatchBoundary` provided by TanStack Router at the root route.

This change allows for better integration with the router ecosystem
and removes the external dependency `react-error-boundary`.

*   Removed `react-error-boundary` dependency.
*   Removed unused `console.log` calls in `Home.tsx`.
