* refactor: Migrate to modern Chakra component APIs

This commit undertakes a substantial refactor of the application's UI
layer, focusing on component composition and dependency updates.

* Migrate form components to use new composable Chakra APIs (e.g.,
  **ChakraField.Root**, **NativeSelect.Root**).
* Introduce `next-themes` for robust color mode management.
* Centralize application setup logic into a new root **Provider**.
* Replace custom **ErrorFallback** implementation with the external
  `@rm-hull/chakra-error-fallback` package.
* Update **Home** page clipboard functionality to use the new
  composable **Clipboard.Root** component.
* Convert component exports from default to named exports.

* refactor: Use named exports for components

This change updates several components and pages to use named exports
instead of default exports, improving consistency and simplifying
imports across the application.
