Add missing Dalvik bytecode operations and type tests

Implement 6 missing opcodes from the Dalvik bytecode specification:
- move/16 (0x03) and move-object/16 (0x09)
- rem-float (0xAA)
- const-method-type (0xFF)
- invoke-custom (0xFC) and invoke-custom/range (0xFD)

Add type tests to verify all documented Dalvik operations are present
in the DalvikBytecodeOperation type union.
