* feat: add verify_jwt flag to deploy_edge_function tool

Adds a verify_jwt parameter to the deploy_edge_function tool that allows
disabling JWT verification for edge functions that implement custom
authentication (e.g., API keys, webhooks).

- Add verify_jwt to deployEdgeFunctionOptionsSchema in types.ts
- Add verify_jwt parameter to deploy_edge_function tool with description
- Pass verify_jwt through to the Management API in api-platform.ts
- Update test mocks to support verify_jwt parameter
- Add tests for verify_jwt: false, default true, and updating from true to false
