Fix deprecation warnings for string indexing

- Replace s[idx] with s.code_unit_at(idx) which returns UInt16
- Replace @string.View with StringView
- Replace write_substring with write_view
- Handle type conversions for UInt16 comparisons
- Fix rev_inplace() to rev_in_place()

This addresses the deprecation warnings from the MoonBit standard library
update where string indexing now returns UInt16 instead of Int.
