Added a sample.json file to help me visualize where I should go with Semverse.
My main goal is now to have a supplier/customer relationship: Semverse is
a universe supplier (some might call it a framework) so I needed a customer that
drives its supplier with its needs. I may add another client in the future, on
a totally different subject, to ensure that my architectural choices are as
abstraced as possible. Hence the new (major) changes:

- [REFACTOR]: Entities has been moved from a List to a Hash map. It never made
sense anyway since all entries have a unique id
- [FEATURE]: A universe should be composed of (at least ?) two models:
    - Entities, which carries state
    - Actions, that can happen between entities.
So almost all Entity logic (model and controllers) has been duplicated for Actions. Factored all common logic for models and controllers in dedicated factory libraries
- [REFACTOR]: Converted Swagger JSON file to YAML because of comments and
verbosity. Which makes me wonder about doing the same for the API...Oh and
I removed all the "User" logic in there. It was just exploratory stuff I'm
  not integrating for the moment
