wg-tiltsensor: Change message log level and improve error handling (#952)

* Modified two points related to wiregrid tiltsensor.
- Modify error handle of the tilt sensor get_angle() funciton.
  - Try to reconnect to the tilt sensor if an error occurrs in the get_angle().
- Change the logger level from `info` to `debug` in the `acq()` function
  to avoid a large amount of messages in loki outputs in grafana.
