* Increment version to 1.10.0rc3 and update corresponding version test

* Update test dependencies in pyproject.toml

- Upgrade pytest from version 8.4.2 to 9.0.1.
- Update pytest-mpl from version 0.17.0 to 0.18.0.
- Bump kaleido from version 1.1.0 to 1.2.0.
- Upgrade ruff from version 0.14.3 to 0.14.5.

* Update visualize_feature handling

- Updated the `visualize_feature` function to sort value counts with the `dropna` parameter, enhancing the handling of missing values in visualizations.
- Added a new test for visualizing features with null values to ensure robustness in handling diverse data scenarios.
