feat: Add ListEnums and ListPures methods to enum collection

This commit introduces two new methods to the `Enums` collection:
- `ListEnums()`: Returns a slice of Protobuf enum values.
- `ListPures()`: Returns a slice of plain Go enum values.

These methods provide ordered access to the collection's element.

Changes include:
- Added `enumElements` field to `Enums` struct holding ordered enum instances.
- Refactored `defaultValue` initialization with `slicetern.V0` to make it concise.
- Updated `README.md` and `README.zh.md` with new API references and examples of `ListEnums` and `ListPures`.
- Added unit tests of the new `ListEnums` and `ListPures` methods.
- Added `github.com/yyle88/tern` dep.
