Remove HMR config and debug logging

- Remove HMR/WebSocket configuration (not working in Android WebView)
- Remove DEBUG console.log statements from MyPostsPostsList.vue
- Add leaflet to optimizeDeps to prevent dynamic import crash
- Update dev-app instructions to use refresh icon instead of HMR
