Refactor Part/PartImage architecture to use composite pattern

- Simplified PartImage to only store bbox (no part_count or image fields)
- Changed Part.diagram from Drawing to PartImage
- Refactored PartsImageClassifier to have no dependencies and create
  PartImage candidates from all Images
- Restored _PartImageScore dataclass to hold scoring metadata
- Updated PartsClassifier to consume part_image candidates and pair
  with PartCount
- Implemented composite element pattern: Part has empty source_blocks,
  child elements (PartImage, PartCount) track source blocks
- Fixed circular dependency issue in classifier pipeline
- Updated lego_page_layout.py to use PartImage instead of Drawing
- Updated tests and regenerated golden files

All tests passing (41/41), type checks passing
