Fix: Address various linting and formatting issues

This commit resolves a range of linting issues identified by  and  across the codebase.

Key changes include:
- Breaking long lines (E501) in Python source files () and YAML configuration files ().
- Reordering imports (I001) in Python files for better consistency.
- Correcting module-level import placement (E402).
- Renaming unused loop variables (B007).
- Regenerating  after fixing its OpenAPI schema source.
- Incorporating changes to  which are now verified by passing tests.
